Western Saloon Building (Park)

Serves up cheap whiskey and bad poker faces.

This was part of a custom park district set that never saw the light of day because I ran out of steam with the project. But I figured it'd be wrong not to share. I've got another similar 1x1 building here.

This is a 2x2 park asset styled to look like ye generic olde-fashioned western saloon. There's a couple gather areas and an entrance in the front but that's it for additional asset information. The tourist draw is low, I think 10 low, medium and high level tourists. The thought was you could put down multiple buildings and have the draw spread out over the area.

Asset Stats:
1690 tris for the main mesh, 97 for the lod.
Textures are 1024 and 128. All textures, including colour variation are present.

As I haven't actually looked over this file in quite some time, please let me know if you encounter any issues should you decided to download it.
