-In order to change the bodygroupers, you will need an addon such as BodygroupR or easy bodygroup tools for multiplayer. There is quite a selection with the bodygroups!

-The screenshots were taken on rp_venator_extensive.

I'd rather not discuss this any further as I have already placed a DMCA warning about these packs, so I'd rather let a DMCA case settle this argument. If a DMCA report goes through and is accept, we have our answer whether it's acceptable or not.

Actually due to fair use copyright law so long as no one tries to take credit for or profit from this they may do basically whatever they like with this or anything publically available.
