This mod makes alterations to the level of squalor penalties which buildings in Total War: Rome II apply, without changing anything else about the game. The mod causes quite an extensive reduction in the level of squalor penalties and should allow for significantly more industrial or military city planning.

The changes are as follows:
- All building squalor penalties are reduced by 50%.
- Slum penalties are also reduced

This mod does not affect region squalor, only public order squalor effects. So, your cities can still get a chance of a plague.

1. Yes, this squalor mod and the food mod both work together.
2. This should work with ALL vanilla/DEI campaigns as of the time of this comment.

Jay buddy thanks a lot for the 2 mods food too and i suppose are compatible with Hannibal at the Gates that i play these days and for all the campaigns and DLC that i have except the ROTR that u mention that the mod is updated for this campaign too.!?
