UA: From Gabrain to Tarbnai: Corps and Armies are 25% cheaper to produce in cities that have at least 7 population. Levying units from City-States is 25% cheaper. Your melee units are also 25% more effective against barbarians.

Agenda: Munster Campaign: Hates civilizations that disturb peace on his continent, and those who ignore Barbarians. Likes Civilizations who keep the peace on their continent instead, and those who destroy barbarians.
