its wonderful and horrid..
just needed true love and care..
90% of this game is overweight due to lack of description and failure to create a store box for us that never removes things
ugh
I'm really hooked to the game, since the 1.7 update made the game more stable and less buggy.
Such a hidden masterpiece and so underrated gem of game :(
Your guide will come handy for my next walkthroughs :D
Rated & Faved brother!
WE REMEMBER THE DEAD SKY! (?)
Melee weapons. Agree obtaining Steel plates for repair is very difficult, until receipe found. Items that can be used are 1. Saws, 2. Scissors, 3. Speculums, 4. bedpans and 5. Other melee weapons. At times those items can be difficult to obtain, but will re-spawn at different Merchants.
A couple of spoilers: At Glory square in the market area is the blacksmith Kir. If you manage to complete his nearby quest, (toughest fight in the game imo). Stats for your melee weapons will double i.e. Kirs Broadsword = 76-88.6 and Kirs Hatchet = 80.2-92.8. Makes short work of human enemies. A rifle obtained much later - T-4M2 = 46.5-52.5 kicks butt against Dorb's rifle.
Best armor = Ancient armor until after water purification plant when you can obtain Vulture armor.
Have finally finished the game. Finally lost items from VN after Water purification plant quest. By that late stage of the game I had everything I really needed in my carry around stash. So anything lost (for me) was no big deal. Mind you, this is my 2nd playthrough, so I knew what pitfalls to look out for.
