For starters; I didn't make any of the mods found here; I'm linking them for convienence. Modded games run the risk of creating a VAC ban for users that play online; be aware of this. The term Uncensor in referance to this guide refers to the removal of the Light Bar effects within the game.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS MOD IS EXPERIENCING ISSUES WITH CRASHES AND TEXTURE LOADING. PLEASE BE PATIENT WHILE I WORK OUT THIS PROBLEM. THANK YOU!

(Crashes aren't present anymore but I've also stopped officially supporting this guide due to the Pink Cafe and LL Threads for PBS effectively being dead thanks to the lack of new Senran Kagura content and V1.07 breaking most PBS Mods.)


Before you begin

Modding can be intimidating; but there are a few key steps to keep you on track and help prevent headaches down the line.

• Keep track of your files; know where you save them and have them handy
  
• Back up the original game files before modding anything
  
• Everything is at you own risk; fixing things is easy, so don't worry about mistakes
  
• Ask questions; if you have problems; ask for help and I'll do what I can to get you on track

Let me make this explicitly clear: Softman 2.0 DOSN'T WORK FOR 1.08! If you comment this; I will mock you relentlessly for not reading that the current version doesn't work. If you're actually interested in running the game with Softman 2.0; downgrade your game version to 1.06 when the mod last functioned properly.

As far as I'm aware; this guide should be able to get anybody interested Version 1.06 of Peach Beach Splash so they can run Softman 2.0 without error. if you're going to comment that you can't figure out how to do this; ask somebody on the Reddit page, not me.
How to Get an Older Version of Steam Games

Let's begin with getting the mods themselves; I've linked them for download HERE[drive.google.com]. The three files found are one that removes the lightbars; one that adds nipples to player models; and a third that improves textures. Download one; two, or all three if you choose.

Find the Senran Kagura Peach Beach Splash game in your Steam Library; right click and select properties. Click the tab called 'Local Files'. Select 'Browse Local Files'. The folder that opens is the install folder for the game.

Open the GameData folder; the files here are the ones being modified.
The main folders here of concern are the effect and Model folders.

This video is a mess but the tutorial to install the mods for Peach Beach Splash is in here at some point.

With the GameData folder open and the mods downloaded it's time to begin. Start by opening the file SKEV Uncensored Mod.zip. Simply open the folder with an E. In the GameData folder open the effect folder. Drag the com.cat file from E to the effect folder and select replace when the prompt pops up.

If you experience issues copying from the SKEV Uncensored Mod.zip folder the uploaded Senran EV nude mod from the Drive link should serve as a replacement. download this and copy all files to the install folder; replacing the original game files.

Return to the GameData folder. Now open the Softman Realistic SG2.0.zip file. of the files inside simple select the Model folder and drag it over to the GameData folder. Again; select replace and allow the files to copy over. Once complete open the final mod; アクセ乳首1.3.zip. This file adds nipples to the player models; the folder name is Japanese for Access Nipple 1.3. . Select the file acce_head06_01.cat and right click; then chose copy.

Open the Model folder in GameData and open the Acc Folder within. right click inside the Acc folder and select Paste. Once again click the Replace option and the acce_head file will copy over.

That's it; the mods are installed. Boot up Peach Beach Splash and bam you're done!

If you're having problems with the mod installation; simply do the following...

Find the Peach Beach Splash game in your Steam Library; right click and select properties. Go to the Local Files tab and chose Verify Integrity of Game Cache. This will revert the instal folder to the pre-modded state. From here just start again with the instalation and be more careful.
