In this mod if Germany is puppeted or changes ideology a mysterious charming gentleman with grand ideas will work his way up the new ruling party and become the new leader of the country, will Germany prosper under his new leadership?

On an unrelated note Hitler's default portrait is changed too. Also works with East and West Germany.
