• Can save builds via URL, recommend hitting "save" to get proper URL as it doesn't always update.

http://www.tacticalexstudios.com/projects/fecp.html - Planner used in the video, most accurate builder to-date. Also used in-game information so you will never have the issue of the planner being out-of-date unless there's a giant overhaul.

• Can save builds onto your computer (.xml files) and also load them.
  
• Allows sharing and building without internet
  
• Currently doesn't have a browser planner :(
  
• I always use this planner to make a build, hoping for a browser version or "linking" option for other builders.
