Leírás
Removes the bonus techs given to the AI and prevents them from forming alliances. With this mod you can enjoy true Tier 0+ starts with everyone on the same playing field, tech wise. For reference this is the number of bonus starting tech the AI had based on difficulty:

Easy = 0
Medium = 0
Hard = 3
Very Hard = 5
Imperial = 6

NOTE: This version was created to solve a compatibility issue with one of the biggest mods (No Alliances) as we both modify the same file. I have a version with alliances allowed as well. If you would like a custom version with tweaks also just ask.

Did not work for me. AI Came at me with a fleet of cannon, deck guns and steal armor right away. Verified enabled before start.

finally had so much trouble with the AI being way to strong when starting at Tier 0 (i am not joking here)

@greysongaming22 Yep whatever tier you start the game on, that is the tier everyone starts at. You/the AI can still get free techs by choosing them as your arms bonus however.

Does this work for all the tech starts? (Example: Tier 1 tech start, everyone starts with tier 1)
