Prologue
A distress signal from a isolated planet was intercepted just before it was cut short. What is the meaning of this? We better investigate right away, who knows who else might answer the call.

Factions

-Colonial marines
The 70th division of the colonial marines sent to investigate the source of a mysterious distress signal.

-Aliens
Parasitic xenomorphs of unknown origins with an unmatched ability to survive.

-Predators
Highly advanced and yet undoubtly barbaric aliens. For them, the Hunt, is a matter of life and honor.

-Weyland Yutani
A highly secretive and powerful private corporation to which the end justify all means.

Who is the real monster here?


---This mod is a total conversion that replace the game's starting units by a faction selector. At the beginning of a match, click the distress beacon and choose your faction.---

Honestly. I personally wouldn't mind seeing the xeno lifecycle. And hive resin, but idk if you could make any hive spreading mechanics- but either way, seeing huggers take out lone marines and watching them give birth and watch the alien grow. AVP Extinction is a good example of this.
all in all i'd love to see huggers be able to do their job and watch the alien grow up.

Use to be not possible. Now it is. But the mod is very old. But i think observing the xenomorphs life cycle is impracticable. You can assume it happens in background. Just like you dont see humans life cycle...

You can! when you make a new game, you can go to advanced settings and change the starting unit for each player, things might break, but you can do it.

I wish the devs had made it so you could just flat out add factions, instead of needing conversions.

how much cooler would it be if we could have all or most of these faction and conversion mods on at once, just a huge pool of factions to choose from to make weird matchups.
