Adds a new talent Prophecy Management, for easier management of the prophecies associated with Grand Oration, Twofold Curse and Revelation from the Forbidden Cults DLC (required).

@codyfun123: Well, I'm not sure I found your bug, but I have found and fixed a bug in the Prophecy Management dialog. If release 1.1.1 doesn't fix your problem, a stack trace would help.

Like, if you only have enough talent levels to unlock Ruin and Treason, but then you activate all of Grand Oration, Twofold Curse, and Revelation at once, Prophecy Management becomes inaccessible due to an error popup.

Breaks if you try to sustain more associated talents than you have actual prophecies, which I did absentmindedly.
