Turn your Mega Man X Legacy Collection 1 into Rockman X Anniversary Collection 1 !

With this mod your game will feature two more tracks on Music Player, two new trailers with japanese music, X-Challenge undub for MMX4 bosses, the japanese opening and credits songs when playing Rockman X4, Collection credits with japanese music and all game logo changed to Rockman X Anniversary Collection! ;D

What you will need

For extracting the mod files, you will need a program that opens compressed files, like WinRAR for example. You can download it here: WinRAR[www.win-rar.com].

Installing the mod

First, go to the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mega Man X Legacy Collection\ (or whatever directory your installation folder is), and rename your original RXC1 file into something else, just for backup purposes. You can rename it to RXC1_english. Then, download the mod file https://drive.google.com/file/d/1-rrXYNhSrPfAmwBTvGTihGWWK50yaBfA/view?usp=sharing, and put the file still packed in the same folder. Extract the file RMXAC1_mod_5SET2018_v2.0.rar, overwrite what's asked for, and you are ready to go!

About the opening

Please note that the japanese anime opening of Mega Man X4 and Rockman X4 were edited on this collection (the General salute). If you want the original version, please download one of the options provided by the user Monterossa on this topic: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/app/743890/discussions/0/1760230157498395739/

After that, make sure the file is named X4op and put the file in the folder Mega Man X Legacy Collection\nativeDX10\X4\movie\jpn.

How to play the worldwide MMXLC1

You don't need to uninstall anything! Simply go to the game folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Mega Man X Legacy Collection (or whatever directory your installation folder is), and run the RXC1_english file. Or if you prefer, rename the mod RXC1 to RXC1_japanese, and the RXC1_english back to RXC1.

This mod does not conflict with the original game files.

Working just fine here. Make sure that you are extracting all the files in the main folder of the game. Do not create a folder with the same name of the compressed file, you need to select "extract here".

I had a problem with it, it crashed at me multiple times, and I couldn't find a solution for it, so I deleted the mods from the game profile

Ah okay thank you. So if i download this i'll still get x4's credits theme?

And theres one for the Legacy Collection 2 as well that will keep the english titles and voice acting but i get the japanese music? Sorry to bug you so much, this is an excellent mod and I really appreciate it existing at all

What files do i exclude from the installation if i dont want the title changes but still want the other additions? Or is it impossible, like baked into the exe or something?

It has nothing to do with Enigma. You probably did something wrong, like extract the content to a folder with the same name of the file or are in the wrong folder.

i did extract the file in the game installation and it did not change the ui, I don't know if I'm doing it properly
