In terms of skills, here's what you want for Mastermind:

Here's Technician:

• Steady Grip Basic, Heavy Impact Basic, Surefire Aced, Lock N' Load Basic

Ghost skills:

• Duck And Cover Aced, Inner Pockets Aced, Parkour Aced, Sneaky Bastard Basic
  
• Second Wind Basic, Optical Illusions Basic, Low Blow Basic

Ignore Silent Killer, by the way.

Fugitive skills:

• Equilibrium Basic, Akimbo or Gun Nut Aced (depending on what you want to use, I chose Akimbo), One Handed Talent Aced, Trigger Happy Basic

Perk Deck is Hacker.

In terms of weapons, use high concealment stuff. I tend to use dual Parabellums and the Five Seven, but if you can make the STRYKs work go for it.

You don't need armor, logically.

Pack First Aid Kits.

Play like Rogue with slightly less dodge. Pop the ECM whenever you need health or dire circumstances call for it. Get Jokers or hostages, they're essential to your survival. This build works on Mayhem and DW, though to be honest I only did some of the easier DW heists because I'm not super confident in my ability.
