Here is a list of the shortcuts that I know and their usage.
Pay special attention to the SHIFT DOUBLE CLICK because using it allows you to do actions that you can't do otherwise.

Double click
Adds a waypoint

Double click (Over aim icon)
Cancel Aim

Shift + Double click
Makes a waypoint that ignores obstacles. ( including walls )
This one is specially useful on One Turns since it allows you to create a path with the rocket launcher and walk a unit through it on the same turn.

Ctrl + Click
The vatform checks (briefely looks) the clicked area.

Ctrl + Right click
Aim towards the clicked point placing the Focus Diamond at it.

Ctrl + Scroll Up/Down
Changes current selected element along the current selected vatform's plan.

1-9
Selects units

TAB
Selects next unit

Backspace
Deletes the last order/waypoint for the selected vatform

Ctrl + Middle click
Deletes the last order/waypoint for the selected vatform ( same as backspace )

=
Deletes the last 20 orders/waypoints for the selected vatform

Del
Deletes selected order/waypoint

W
Wait

E
Engage on sight

S
Stand

D
Duck

X
Unselect

C
Continue on sight

V
Allows you to check if a vatform has line of sight of an area and if it's behind cover.

Space
Starts turn preview

    Ends turn preview

While a unit is selected use Ctrl+Mouse Wheel to traverse the path component currently in focus

Double-clicking the 'Aim' icon will 'cancel aim.'

I smashed all the keys of my keyboard but couldn't find a 'cancel aim' shortcut

Nice! The = seems to delete 20 comands for me. Anyways it's a good way to clear the unit plan quickly.

Found some more:

tab - the ever useful 'next unit'

= - deletes the last 15(?) commands

del - deletes SELECTED command

Ctrl-right click - Aim in direction

This one is great Stee! I've been using the right click and dragging, but the Ctrl+Click is much better. I'm adding to the guide.
