what also works is upgrading that old hardware of yours to something more current. Worked for me. Just stay away from that nvidia trash if you don't want to burn your house down

100% increase FPS hack: Take out current GPU. Install RTX 3090. Done.

you could also go in to the settings and turn everything to maximum then go to the game then back to the settings and turn everything to minimum.

people play to benefit next generatrion morph from lara at least half people. If you don't care graphic and you play only for the story with old system, you will want try a low quality avatar and switch setting to low :)
