NLR Timer

Leírás
When a player dies, they will have a notice popup on top of their screen that specifies how many seconds left till they can go back to where ever they died. Once the timer is done, a message on the player's screen will display to tell you that you may go back to where ever you were before. NLR will appear on top of anyone who has the NLR timer on (Seen by superadmins and admins only).

This may be useful for gamemodes such as:
DarkRP
or other RP gamemodes.

What is the penalty for going near your death spot with this addon? For me everything is normal apart from the timer.

Caused so many errors, was in a weird position on screen, background didn't line up with timer. Only good feature is it says "NLR" above their head.
