Beskrivning
Crow Head is a passive item that has a chance of spawning a half soul heart when you kill an enemy.

At 0 luck, there is a 3% chance of spawning a half soul heart and it increases by 1% for each 3 luck you have, capping at 15%.
(e.g. 9 luck = 6%, 18 luck = 9%, 27 luck = 12%, 36 luck = 15%)

You can find it in devil deals (costing 1 heart) and golden chests.

This is included in POTATO PACK 1.

Really good I love it !
Even with only 1 or 2 luck we can get a lot of hearts

in 1 run i have found 15 lucky pennies, unmodded (that would be a cool trinket to increase the

yeah I'm still in the process of playtesting with it to see what feels right, based on my experience so far I'd say 2-3% at 0 luck is good and even though its pretty unlikely to have 40+ luck i'll probably lower the cap too

It's a nice item, but I feel like it's way too nice at the moment. Maybe nerf the percentage down to 2.5% and capping at 25%, since it drops soul hearts waaay too often.
