If you have the game launched, minimize it with the Windows key.
- Right click on your desktop background and select NVidia Control Panel.
- Go to Manage 3D Settings.
- Select "Program Settings" tab.
- Click the Add button and select ".hackG.U. ..."
- After the game is added, select "high performance nvidia processor"

You may notice a cut in the middle of your video when running around in game. Here's a fix for that:
- In the same menu as above (manage 3d settings with the game selected), go to section 3 and change "Verticle Sync" to on.

You can also go to Manage 3d Settings and turn the Max FPS to 60 and Verticle Sync on. That's what fixed the slow FPS for me.

I've run in to this exact problem, but I don't see the "high performance nvidia processor" option. I have a 3070ti installed. Any chance you know an extra step to take?
