Step #1. Open Up Terraria. you can do this by double clicking the Terraria Icon or going to your library and clicking, "Launch"
Step #2. Press Offline.
Step #3. Create a character. if you cannot do this, then you're out of luck, KiDoOOoO!!!!!!!11!!11!
Step #4. Create a world and play on that world. if you can't do this, then how in the world did you do the 3rd one?
Step #5. Quit.
