Before Looking Into the Achievements
There are 42 achievements most of them are pretty straight foward. All achievement can be done on multiple playthrough and save game.

The campaign mode is randomly generated (except how the map is cut out), no game are fully the same.

Campaign Related Achievements
Pick new game and campaign from there follow the main objective. These achievements are not normally missable.


Level 13
The bane of Carl's existence.

Combat Medic
Fixed your ship while in a combat level.



Go There, Do That!
Learn how to command strike craft



Raid Buster
Blow up some defenseless strike craft.

Space Pirates Achievements
Space Pirates are non-captain. They attack and pillage any non-pirate that is equal or weaker than themselve.


Bandit Buster
You killed a bandit Chief.
- They mostly spawn at level 3 pirate hive under the name of Bandit Chief. Kill one of them and the achievement is awarded.


Hive Stomper
You destroyed a tier 3 bandit hive.
- A level 3 bandit hive are always a threat level 55. Entering combat against it, you will fight 1 or 2 motherships and plenty of small, medium and large ships. This achievement does not add up with Big, Bada and Boom.
Zombies Achievements
Zombie will be available once you rebuilt your second base after losing the first one on campaign mode. In sandbox mode, zombies will be available once the count down reach to zero.


Double Tap You defeated 1 zombie captain
- Basically find a zombie captain (including the Alpha Zombie) and destroy the mothership.


Eradicator
You defeated 5 zombie captains
- Same as Double Tap but 5 times.


This is my BOOMSTICK
You defeated 15 zombie captains
- Same as Double Tap and Eradicator but 15 times.


Savior You cured a zombie captain using a ton of Rez.
- After a zombie captain is defeated (exclude the Alpha Zombie) it will be in a zombie escape pod. Intercept it and get ready to pay around 3000 Rez (price may varied).
Entering a Battle Achievements
Entering a Battle


A battle happens when 2 opposing force (excluding you) engage in combat (example a Lone Captain is fighting a Pirate Enforcer. You must move toward them before the red circle reach its center mass. These achievements pop up as soon you enter one.

Lil Helper
You joined 1 battle
- Enter battle 1 time.


Good Neighbor
You joined 5 battles
- Same as Lil Helper but 5 time.


Hero
You joined 15 Battles
- Same as Lil Helper and Good Neighbor but 15 time.

During a Battle


Fail Gate can be found in Mining Ops, Raid, Battle or Battle you have started. Destroy it and enter starmap for the achievement to be awarded. You can destroy it after defeating the enemies this way it is easier to achieve.

Gate Crasher
You destroyed 1 Fail Gate



No Retreat
You destroyed 3 Fail Gates



You're stuck in here with me!
You destroyed 10 Fail Gates




Motherships can be found in Arena, Battle or Battle you have started. Destroy it and enter starmap for the achievement to be awarded.

Matricide
You destroyed 10 motherships



Megacide
You destroyed 100 motherships




Starbase can only be found by attacking any faction starbase including zombie starbase (color may varied). Destroy it and enter starmap for the achievement to be awarded.

Big
You destroyed a starbase



Bada
You Destroyed 3 starbases



Boom
You destroyed 10 starbases




Regicide require you to find and fight a faction leader including Alpha Zombie (use Faction Info to find a leader and color may varied). Depending how far you are in campaign mode, if your your own faction leader you must declare war before fighting a faction leader.

Regicide
You defeated a faction leader in battle.
Starmap Part 1 Achievement
During Startmap mode, you will have access to many info tabs in which it will help you get those achievements below you.


Brain Surgery
You did a little tinkering with a podded captain's mind.
- Approach an escape pod and choose Lobotomize. Beware that in late game all of the captains would be already lobotomize blocking you from achieving.


Off with their heads!
You executed a captain stuck in their escape pod.
- Approach an escape pod and choose Execute Captain.









Glove Slap
You won a bounty duel vs. another captain.
-Glove Slap require you to make a captain really angry (-50 or lower captain relation) to receive a bounty on you. Once you have it, select Captain Info (! icon) than select on the lower right View Bounty Holder. Move to him/her and pick Demand Bounty Removal.
Glove Slap is similar to Reparations.




Reparations
You paid off your own bounty.
- Similar to Glove Slap achievement. You must make a captain really angry (-50 or lower captain relation) to receive a bounty on you. Once you have it, select Captain Info (! icon) than select on the lower right View Bounty Holder. Pay the reparation (price may varied).




Bully
You demanded the surrender of another captain for fun and profit.
- Your threat level must be 10 level higher than the captain. Approach the captain than ask him/her to Surrender.




Poacher
You stole a faction member from another faction.
- You must be level 12 to built your own starbase and if your playing campaign mode rebuild your starbase in order to access your own faction.

Once your your own faction, find any captain who is either from Civilian Ascendancy, Void Militia, Sun Hunters, Miners Conglomerate or Sovereignty of Science.

You will need to increase the captain's relation (traits, tribute given, arena accomplish (only for the starbase owner), assisting in a battle, and preventing raid). The more starbase you own, the lower the requirement to recruit a captain.

Finally, meet that captain and ask him/her to join your faction.





Friends With Benefits
You started an alliance with another faction.
- You must be level 12 to built your own starbase and if your playing campaign mode rebuild your starbase in order to access your own faction.

Decide which opposing faction you want to make friends with (excluding Zombie faction). From here, you must have an average of 50 captain relation to all member of said faction.

Getting a captain to like you can be time consuming due to the facts that they move around. You can built relation by offering tribute, entering a battle by joining on their side, or simply complete their arena (require faction starbase). Getting a high captain relation with the faction leader greatly increase faction member relation too.

To know how far your progress goes, select Faction Info than browse through the faction. You will be under the name of Clockwork Crew. From the top right if the relation is 50 or higher, select the faction leader and make an alliance.
Starmap Part 2 Achievements
Shop S-Mart
You have custom ordered a part from the catalog.
- You must have access to a starbase before it can be available to order parts. From Part Catalog, on the left side is where you can choose by scrolling downward specific parts you want. By hitting the search button you will reveal the custom order parts, select it and pay up scrap for delivery.


Recycler
Converted an unneeded part into scrap in the inventory screen.
- To recycle you will need any parts for your mothership (not junkyard quality). Go to inventory, select the part, transfer and than chip parts for resources.


Bookworm
You have found all the lore.
- There are 36 lore randomly scattered. As soon you pick up the last lore, the achievement will pop.


I Was Here
You have explored all the territories.
- As soon you uncover the last territory, the achievement pop up.
Arena Achievements
This require you to dock on a non-zombie starbase and select arena.

You must do all four level before you can reach Champion level. The count is a little buggy you may have to either quit, load a game or enter a battle in order to make it count.

Once you beat a Champion level, replaying the same Champion level from the same starbase will not add to the count in other words you will need to visit 14 other starbases and beat its Champion level to get all three achievement.

Alternatively, before you enter for the Champion level, save your game finish the champion level than reload the save and beat it again. Rinse, repeat.

Ships you fight are randomly generated and are base on faction starbase therefore it is almost unpredictable how well armed they are.

Leveling up and getting perks is a must have. Perk level 46 is your max basic level afterward it will only give you 3 to 5%, perk level 35 is easy going for most arena, perk level 20 some ship can be still difficult to master, perk level 10 is not recommended.

Dangerous
You beat 1 champion level Arena



Deadly
You beat 5 champion level Arenas



Elite
You beat 15 champion level Arenas

Here are arena that you may encounter. Difficulty is base on my opinion and does not reflect the actual difficulty that you are having.

Intruder
Difficulty : Easy
Your ship : Fast speed and high maneuverability. 2 cloud tordedo. Right side, 3 long range sniper canon.

Tactic : Keep your distance from the opposing ship, find the sweet spot for firing your guns.


Shredder
Difficulty : Easy
Your ship : Fast speed and high maneuverability. 6 defender fighter. Left, right and foward; 4 short range heavy shotgun.

Tactic : Just wing it.


Shotty
Difficulty : Easy
Your ship : Fast speed and poor maneuverability. 4 defender fighter, 4 Ion SRM. Foward, 5 short range shotgun.

Tactic : Keep your distance than assault when there shield is down.


Goblin
Difficulty : Easy
Your ship : Fast speed and high maneuverability. Foward, 2 shield drain beam and 8 SRM.

Tactic : Hit and run tactic.


Doom Canoe
Difficulty : Easy or Hard
Your ship : Bad speed and high maneuverability. 9 Ion SRM. Left side 3 long range mass drive. Rear, 1 minigun.

Tactic : Use tractor beam on debris onto any incoming bomb. Let them come.


Sniper
Difficulty : Normal or Hard
Your ship : Decent speed and decent maneuverability. 6 ion bomber, 2 Ion SRM. Left side, 3 long range sniper canon and 1 minigun. Right side, 1 minigun. Foward, 2 short range shotgun. Rear, 2 minigun.

Tactic : Keep your distance.


Missile Storm
Difficulty : Normal or Hard
Your ship : Fast speed and decent maneuverability. 6 defender fighter, 8 torpedo, 2 corrosive torpedo, 4 mass missile. Foward, 2 Ion bomb.

Tactic : Assault than keep your distance.


Shotgunner
Difficulty : Normal or Hard
Your ship : Decent speed and decent maneuverability. 2 Ion SRM. Left side and foward, 5 short range shotgun. Right side, 2 medium range shield drain beam. Rear, 4 minigun.

Tactic : Assault than retreat.


Synergizer
Difficulty : Normal or Hard
Your ship : Fast speed and poor maneuverability. 16 defender fighter, 4 cloud tordepo. Foward, 1 medium corrosive beam.

Tactic : Keep your distance.


The Leech
Difficulty : Normal or Hard
Your ship : Decent speed and decent maneuverability. 3 Ion SRM, 2 mass missile. Left side, 4 medium range laser. Right side, 2 long range corrosive canon. Foward, 2 medium range mass beam and 1 corrosive bomb.

Tactic : Keep your distance.


Cannonizer
Difficulty : Normal or Hard
Your ship : Decent speed and decent maneuverability. 3 Ion SRM. Left side, 5 medium range canon. Right side, 5 medium range canon. Foward, 1 medium range corrosive beam.

Tactic : Assault the enemis ship.


UltraCarrier
Difficulty : Normal or Hard
Your ship : Decent speed and decent maneuverability. 12 attack bomber, 16 defender figher, 2 SRM. Foward and rear, 2 long range laser.

Tactic : Keep your distance.


The Wedge
Difficulty : Normal or Hard
Your ship : Decent speed and good maneuverability. 4 Ion SRM. Left side, 4 long range corrosive canon. Right side, 6 minigun.

Tactic : Keep your distance.


ARENA_HOSER
Difficulty : Normal or Hard
Your ship : Decent speed and good maneuverability. 4 Ion SRM. Left side, 3 medium range heavy machinegun. Rear, 2 minigun.

Tactic : Keep distance than closing.


The Demonator
Difficulty : Hard
Your ship : Very fast speed and high maneuverability. 4 missiles. Right side, 3 medium range canon. Left side 3 medium range laser.
Tactic : Close in than break out if possible.


Mastodon
Difficulty : Hard
Your ship : Decent speed and decent maneuverability. Left side, 5 short range shotgun. Right side, 5 medium range laser. Foward mass bomb.

Tactic : If possible, use mass bomb from a distance. If not, assault than retreat.


Krule Intention
Difficulty : Hard
Your ship : Decent speed and very high maneuverability. 2 Ion SRM, 2 Krule sawblade. Left and right side, 2 sniper canon.

Tactic : Keep your distance.


Aegis
Difficulty : Hard
Your ship : Slow speed and bad maneuverability. 2 torpedo, 2 mass missile. Foward, 5 medium range laser. Left side, 2 long range corrosive canon. Rear, 2 minigun.

Tactic : Assault or die.


Plasma Destroyer
Difficulty : Hard
Your ship : Slow speed and bad maneuverability. 46 defender fighter. Left and right side, 2 long range plasma discharger.

Tactic : Assault or die.


Death Wing
Difficulty : Hard
Your ship : Decent speed and bad maneuverability. 4 long range torpedo. Left side, 2 medium range shield drain beam. Right side, 1 long range laser.

Tactic : This ship is the hardest to master due to the fact it has bad maneuverability and its tordepo is slow with not so great damage per second. To make it worst, if your opponent has any anti-ordinance your torpedo are useless at long range. Your ship has 4 expose core making it harder to survive without shield.
