Lucky Charm now has a chance to give extra loot to non-summon characters when you enter combat. Containers no longer benefit from Lucky Charm. Each point of luck gives you 4% chance to get extra loot. You can find epic+ items, scrolls, gold, or ingredients. I am aiming for the relative amount of loot from combat luck to be pretty similar to vanilla, so let me know how it feels.

A combat-involved character will check the luck of every player, regardless of where they are in the world.

While (I think) you cannot receive multiple procs of loot from different characters with luck, multiple characters with luck may increase the chance for extra loot. When a character that has gained "luck loot" is looted, they will briefly display the "clover" effect.

The purpose of this mod is to make combat loot more satisfying and remove the compulsive feeling to loot every this or that basket with a specific character.

I completely rescripted this for the DE, so there shouldn't be any compatibility issues.

This works in fresh and existing saves. The animation plays without the sound, but you shouldn't worry as it gives the loot.

Now, for the loot... As stated, each level of Luck gives you a 4% chance. But, the interesting bit comes when you have MULTIPLE characters with lucky charm. Say you have 9 characters with Lucky Charm at level 5, you have a 20% chance of extra loot from all 9 of them. And, it STACKS.

What do I mean by this? With the script that runs, it procs all party members and adds the loot to the corpse/container. I have Sims' More Enemies installed, with 10 extra spawns in each encounter. The amount of gold and loot you find in this way is astronomical. Sometimes, a single corpse can have 1k gold and 2-5 uncommon-epic drops combined!

This is definitely staying installed, it will make deciding who gets the best equipment void with large parties. Since you get the boosted possibility from looting enemies, as you should. Thanks for this mod!

This works, I've seen it triggered on bodies--the animation minus the sound with extra loot.

i have not seen lucky charm triggered for almost a week since added this mod. i think there was a bug and made the lucky charm no longer effect.

Since last update it seems lucky charm now only gives a chance on corpes and the chance of regular boxes is removed. any one else have this problem ?
