A retexture for Doktor Haus' SCAR-H compile. Replaces the Desert Rifle/SCAR-L.

Gives the SCAR-H a CE Digital Paintjob, or the camo that comes with the special editions of Black Ops 2. Includes a BO2 "II" logo that glows in the dark.

Note: LET ME MAKE THIS CRYSTAL CLEAR. This DOES NOT WORK ONLINE. It will FLICKER the LIVING CRAP out of your SCAR. Why doesn't this work online? WHY? Because it uses a ---SCRIPT--- that makes it replace the Desert Rifle. So therefore, it WILL NOT work ---ONLINE---.DON'T ASK ME WHY STUFF WORKS LIKE THAT.ASK DEAR GABEN. And it WILL WORK on LOCAL SERVERS but ONLY if you're alone, because if someone joins, then get ready for a world of flickering goodness. BTW this will also replace the SG552, and that will work online without any problems, because that's what it really replaces. And for those who have problems with installing it or making it show up, well..that's your problem.
