Introduction
(This guide is currently incomplete, since I have not scanned all areas or finished all main-screen extra areas yet. This guide does have all locations for collectibles and weapon final forms (which are probably the most-sought-after items).)

The level locations are in an abbreviated form. A plus at the end indicates the second playthrough (“New Game Plus” or “NG+”).
After the game is completed initially, the main menu allow access to the extra areas: “Qwerty Zone” (area “Horizon Station”, indicated here as zone 9) and a second playthrough with some variation (“New Game Plus+”).
The level indications in this guide are in generally in the form z_l, where number before the underscore is the zone or “world” and the number after the underscore is the level in that zone.

Weapons
Cally starts with a basic pistol and sword. All other weapons and weapon final forms have to be found.
(The scanner is in a weapon slot, but isn’t a real weapon. It can be purchased from Rupert’s shop once reaching Avalon, and has no upgrades.)
A weapon’s final form is not available until both the final form is found, and the weapon is leveled up past 24. (Weapons are capped at level 10 until completing the first playthrough.)

Collectibles
The save file tracks the number of found items for each type of collectible; the “save file count” is the variable’s name.
The save file also tracks each specific instance of a collectible; these save file variables start with the “save instance file prefix” value, followed by an integer for most items or month abbreviation for the Aztec calendar pieces.
Collecting all library map pieces happens automatically while defeating the bosses in the first playthrough; getting all of them unlocks the eighth and final zone.
For each of the other collectibles, collecting all of a certain type opens a bonus area, which is accessible from the “roof” of Avalon in either playthrough. Each of these five bonus areas have a weapon final form or bonus item and multiple chests, have no enemies, and can be re-entered indefinitely.

Consumables
There are eight different types of consumables Cally can collect or buy and then use at any time. Her backpack can originally only carry two items, but this can be upgraded to a maximum of eight slots. While all eight types of consumables can be purchased from Cally’s older sister, Robin, in Avalon, there is rarely need to do so. Consumables on each level can be collected a limitless number of times by simply leaving the level and returning.
This section shows which levels have each consumable. (It is possible that some locations were missed, but this list should contain the majority of consumable locations.)

So where is that safe file located? Just in case i somehow don't find all the collectables on my own.
