it normaly should work as you already tried,it also works for me and my friends, so i cant help you with that issue, i am realy sorry but you can ask for help in discussions for duck game, maybe somen else knows what to do about your problem.

Are you playing on keyboard or with controller?
Because i dont know the controller bindings, i am playing on keyboard.
If you cant find a solution you can simply just jump of the edge and glide down, on the left and the right is enogh space for a duck to get through.

When you stand on this weird looking floor on the left, just push your down button and the your jump button and you will fall throw the floor (at least on keyboard). Hope this was helpful to you
