How to upload your map to the Steam Workshop

Here you will learn how to publish your map, as well as how to publish an update for your map.

You must have a map ready for this guide.
How to upload your map to the Steam Workshop
Open the main menu tab "WORKSHOP".

Click on the button "UPLOAD TO WORKSHOP".

Click on the map you want to upload to the Steam Workshop.

Click on the button "UPLOAD".

Fill in the fields.

Click on the button "UPLOAD".

Wait for some time.

When the upload completes, you will see this message.

Congratulations you've uploaded your map to the Steam Workshop!

If an error occurs while uploading you will see an error message explaining the error. Make a screenshot of the error, take the log file, and write to us.

The path to the log file:
MacOS ~/Library/Logs/Unity/Player.log
Windows C:\Users\username\AppData\LocalLow\Evoluta Studio\Mini Golf Arena\output_log.txt
Linux ~/.config/unity3d/Evoluta Studio/Mini Golf Arena/Player.log
How to upload update of your map to the Steam Workshop
Open the main menu tab "WORKSHOP".

Click on the button "UPLOAD TO WORKSHOP".

Click on the map you want to upload to the Steam Workshop.

Click on the button "UPDATE AN EXISTING".

Fill in the fields.
In the link to your file in the Steam Workshop, take the numbers highlighted in the image and paste into the File ID field.

Click on the button "UPLOAD".

Wait for some time.

When the upload completes, you will see this message.

Congratulations you've uploaded your map to the Steam Workshop!
