With this mod I can move 2 times faster than in the original. Was that intended by the mod?

To bound techcost, building times etc to a season in the year should b possible I think. I choose 4 seasons in my scenario and it should be nice if there is a change in parameters per season. I will try to achieve that with modding.

The weather will be more demanding I think to implement. I modded the game a bit the last 700 hours and there are tenthousands lines of codes to edit.

I disagree with that the vanilla game is dumbed down.
I agree that it should be nice to have.

Building times
Reduction in move points

AND

different possibility of weather (Clear, Rain, Snow)

But if I am sure, I thought that should have been in the Vanilla game, how it is now, it is really "dumbed down" :-(
