The Swapper contains 10 secret consoles in hidden rooms. Accessing a console will unlock the corresponding achievement (I, II, III, IV, etc). The rooms are typically accessed through "fake" walls, which can be discovered by walking through or swapping into them (the outline of your pending clone will go through the wall instead of disappearing).

Notes:

• If you wish to obtain all of the achievements in one playthrough, be sure to do so before enabling the 124 Orb Console, which is a "point of no return". Once the game has been completed, there is no going back and you will have to restart the game from scratch.
  
• The console text isn't saved in your log until you make it back to a checkpoint without dying. Just something to keep in mind if you are trying to collect all the logs.

Room I: Quarantine

Swap through the ceiling and then to the right.

Room II: Gardens

At the bottom of the large pit, head left through the wall. Note: The red location dot in the screenshot above is unfortunately not very visible. You should be looking in the large highlighted room (Gardens), NOT where the arrow cursor is.

Room III: Cargo Bay

At the bottom left corner of the cargo bay, you will need to continue swapping left and down through the transport tube. At the bottom, head right through a fake wall.

Room IV: Laboratory Access

At the bottom of the room, swap left past the electricity and through a fake wall.

Room V: Xeno Technology Research

The hidden path in this room can't be swapped to. You will need to stand on the top-most floating block, and then jump into the hidden path in the left wall, just above the moving light.

Room VI: Xeno Technology Research

Move the block in the bottom-right corner of the room, then place a clone on the switch to make the vertical slab go down. Swap up to the top platform and then through the wall on the right, past where the slab was originally.

Room VII: Sector 3 Lift

Enter this room up-side down from the right-hand door and walk left along the ceiling (make sure to jump over the gravity pad). There is a fake wall in the top-left corner of the room.

Room VIII: Solar Panel Maintenance Modules

In the center of this room, swap through the ceiling, then to the right.

Room IX: Control Access

The console is all the way past the long energy column at the top of the room. It is easiest to switch your character to be upside down at the bottom of the room, and let your upward momentum carry you almost all the way to the top. Once you slow down, start swapping upward, through the ceiling, then to the left.

Room X: Command

Stand on and activate the lift on the right side of the room. As the elevator gets to its highest point, jump and use your extra momentum to get through the top part of the wall on the right.
