I've recently finished Lily's Night Off and decided to publish my walkthroughs in order to help those that are stuck on certain parts. This game has a total of 18 achievements.

* After unlocking all endings, hit the start button once more. The game will begin from the true ending. Watch the new scene and you'll get the secret true ending achievement!

There's currently a small bug: the game won't let you keep going during certain routes. Like I've said on the walkthough for ending 7, waiting a bit can help, but if waiting for a few minutes won't solve this problem, you can try clicking on the text log option during the game and just keep pressing the control key until you reach the final CG. This bug was still active on 08.27.2018, the last time I've played this game. Many thanks to Steam user Neru* for pointing that out on the discussion boards!
