This guide only lists actions that you must do to progress. You should only use it if you are somehow stuck. In that case check your current objectives and search for those (Ctrl+F). Also 2 most common problems are marked as:

This means you need to open corresponding bookmark or view a chat/call or open a device

Those mean you need to do described action

Those mean you need to upload specific or conlicting datachunk from current page

Those mean you receive new objective or complete existing one

You need to upload almost every account (Tel, uTell, Mail, UID) you find to progress.
As of current game version, you don`t need to upload any portrait (with exception of the very first) even if you are told you do.
A target cannot be engaged in more than one ongoing call, so sometimes you need to wait for it to end.
