Step 1

First Play PlataGO! (Of Course!) Then Go To The Editor..
Next Look At The Top Corner! Like This Screenshot (Just Look At The Eraser ok)

And Boom Step 1 Complete!

Step 2

Click On It And Then You Turned On Background Layers!
Take A Block And Place It..

And Boom! You Have Background Blocks!

Just Like This Screen Shot!
