Spanner (Vehicle Disassembly)

Description
Overview

This mods adds a single, powerful tool - the spanner. With it, you can dismantle any vehicle you can build and get half the resources back (rounded up).

It also transfers the whole vehicle inventory and its equipment to you as well.


How to

You can use the spanner both while standing over the vehicle you want to dismantle or inside it.

The easiest way to do it is via assigning a hotkey to the spanner. Alternatively, you can go to your inventory and use it from ther (while in the vehicle you need to click Manage Items button.


Warning

Take caution when dismantling vehicls midflight or on open sea - serious injury or death may occur!

something that should be a basic feature in the game. something important to note, you need to dismantle them from the outside. because each spaceship creates a room inside of them that functions as it's own unique space, dismantling a spaceship while piloting it attempts to place you back inside of the spaceship that no longer exists and crashes your game.

looking at the 3rd picture, the spanner could just decaptiated the dragon and only give you dragonblood and fire gem.

dismantling the carryall vehicle also crashes the game

I tried to disassemble the fighter escort and the game crashed.

I am not sure if FastRock star is trying to report a bug or make jokes.

I will update the messages once the 1.5.0 is out of Beta, I wanna play only after it is "officialy" release, sorry!

You do it by, Menu, files, farmer <TRUE> set it to <FALSE> and boom.
