Introduction
Hey everyone. So it's here. The very long Mushroom Guide. Now, you may notice that I've shown more than 50 which is what's required for the achievements. Starting out I had no idea there were actually more than 50, a very happy accident. Remember though that you must collect 50 in one playthrough in order to unlock the "50 Mushrooms" Achievement. I did this to be thorough. If you happen to be playing and have no idea if you've hit 50 or not (as achievements do not pop up in-game) or simply just can't find another one, whichever area in the game you are, hopefully this guide will help you.

A special note here. This took me a bit of time, my apologies. I'm still growing in my guide making and scheduling, but with the addition of being able to record video and sound, this whole thing has the opportunity to be much larger than before. This is the first large guide I've made in a while. So thanks for being on board and being a part of this venture.

Also, this may, in-fact, not be all the Mushrooms in-game. Even I could have missed one in the many hours it took to find all the ones I did happen to find. Let me know if you've discovered one, I'll be sure to add it here.

Thanks so much for stopping by.

A warning, there's 102 screenshots. I am aware that I may have a problem.

Let's get started.
Spawning Area (2/50)
Turn around and head to the barrels for Mushroom #1.
Turn to your right and in between the trees you'll find Mushroom #2.
Starting Path (9/50)
From the spawn point, walk until you reach the scroll on your left. Next to the small bush across from the scroll you will find Mushroom #3.
A very short walk to the right side of the path you can pick up Mushroom #4. This shot is taken looking back at spawn.
Continue on this path until you find a large rock on the right side of the path. You'll find Mushroom #5 in the nook of this rock with a small one. Just before the perimeter of the lake path.
Directly beside these rocks is a bush. Behind that bush, right beside a tree, you'll find Mushroom #6
Turn to your left, look to the lake path where there is a break in the fence. Right through the bamboo, you should see location Mushroom #7 beside a log and small bush.
From this location, turn around and go back down the path. Once you reach the white rock with a log laying down in front of it, turn to your right and you will see Mushroom #8.
From this screenshot, turn to your right. When you see 2 circular boulders in the distance. Walk to them and you'll reach location Mushroom #9 by a cluster of trees.
Stonehenge and Lake (16/50)
From your current location, turn to your right. You'll notice the stonehenge in the distance. On your approach, note Mushroom #10 on the right front-most pillar.
Head straight through stonehenge until you find a path. Turn to your right, follow that path until you see the bridge. Take the path to the bridge, you'll find Mushroom #11 next to a tree.
Cross the bridge, head down the path. You'll come to Mushroom #12 next to the large brown stones of shore.
Continue walking and you'll eventually find a narrow wooden bridge leading into the lake. On the opposite side of the path, in the forest, notice the pavilion. On the left side of the closest opening is Mushroom #13.
Return to the lake path. Near the stone gate that leads to the red forest, you'll see Mushroom #14.
Turn slightly to the right and you'll see a white lantern statue. Just behind it is Mushroom #15.
Behind this lantern is a hill. You can fly over and on the top of the hill behind the grey stone, is Mushroom #16.
Campsite (22/50)
Head across the wooden bridge. If you look to the right, under the hanging rock, you'll see Mushroom #17. It's a bit awkward to pick up.
Cross the bridge and walk down the path. You'll find Mushroom #18 near the stone bench.
Behind the small bonfire and seating area, you'll find Mushroom #19 among the trees.
Head to the treehouse near the camp. From the staircase, there are a bunch of small stones. In them is Mushroom #20.
You should be able to see the next location if you look at the previous screenshot. Walk in a straight line across the path (not taking it) and into the clearing. You'll come across Mushroom #21.
From this point, look to the left and notice the princess's tower. Head to it. Just a little over the edge of the stone you'll find Mushroom #22.
Red Forest (26/50)
From the last location, if you turn to your left you'll find a white path that leads up to a stone "snowman", for lack of a better term. Use the next screenshots to get your bearings and head straight.
Mushroom #23 is right beside a white boulder.
In a straight line from the last one, right beside the white lantern, you can find Mushroom #24.
Turn to your right and you should notice Mushroom #25 beside the white stone and obscured by red leaves.
If you're facing the way of the screeshot above, turn around and head through the epicenter of the forest. Passing the scroll on your left, you should see Mushroom #26 straight ahead of you, next to a tree.
Cave Area (33/50)
From the last location, turn to your left and find this set of trees. Use the scroll too for reference. Go directly to the brown shrub between the two on the right end. Head straight from this shrub to where the red trees end and you see a cluster of 3 to your right. Continue straight.
As you enter the green tree area after this 3 tree cluster, you'll notice Mushroom #27. This shot is taken looking back where you should have come from.
There is a path beside the tree you just stopped by. Take this path leading up. On the left side of the path, as you reach the top of the hill, you'll find Mushroom #28. You should be able to see the next two in the second screenshot as well.
Just a short distance from this spot, you'll see Mushroom #29 against the brown stone on the right side of the path.
Continue down the path and just before this cave entrance you'll come to Mushroom #30.
Head into the cave, down the stairs. To your right you'll see Mushroom #31, hiding behind some rock.
Just below, on the cave floor, you'll see some small bushes. Mushroom #32 is hidden just outside of them. Use the scroll in the image for extra help.
To your right will be another set of stairs, float over them to the other side of the cave floor and you'll find Mushroom #33 below a rock shelf.
Park Area and Modern House (36/50)
Leaving the cave the way you came in, face this direction and head down the path. Turn right and follow the winding path until you notice the alcove at the bottom of the hill.
Mushroom #34 is just a short walk into this alcove before the rock formation.
Turn around and head straight through the park and reach the stone bench. From this stone bench head straight to the lone tree passed the white rock to find Mushroom #35.
From here head to the small orchard near the Modern House to find Mushroom #36.
Bamboo Forest (48/50)
You should be standing in front of the Modern House. Turn to your left and walk up the small hill until you get to the path. Turn to your right and follow unlong until you reach here. Notice the stone steps on the right of the path. Mushroom #37 is to the left of the first step.
Go down the steps and you will immediately see Mushroom #38.
Continue down the path until it splits, take the first left path. At this split you will find Mushroom #39.
Face the center of the bamboo maze as you would be in the screenshot above, you can see Mushroom #40 near some stones. Screeshot taken from where you should come from. Use the Modern House as a point of reference.
Return to the path beside the Modern House and head in the direction of the built into the rock. Under the staircase you'll find Mushroom #41.
At the end of the rockface this house is built into, you'll find Mushroom #42.
Turn to your left just a little until you see this.
Walk straight and you will come to Mushroom #43 hiding behind the bush. The Modern House is again in view for reference.
Looking back to the left slightly, as you may have noticed above, you'll see Mushroom #44. Please note. The Mushroom in these next two screenshots is the SAME one. I wanted to be precise about its placement.
Turn around and head straight back how you just came. Stop at the clearing near the rockface and house and turn right. Mushroom #45 is against the stone wall and bamboo shoots. Note the houses in the background.
From this wall, if you turn around you'll see a separate row of bamboo shoots. Go through them until you reach thicker bamboo. You'll find Mushroom #46 tucked away in some bumpy ground.
Turn to your right and head directly from here to where you'll find the path, continue through the bamboo to Mushroom #47. For reference, it's a straight line from the scroll in the center of the forest.
Use one of the paths to return to the circular path around the scroll. Line up with this point and circle around as if returning to the Modern House. You'll find Mushroom #48 on the right side.
Swamp (57/50)
You'll need to relocate. Head to the back of the Bamboo Forest until you see this path. Start from here, you'll travel to the swamp. On the right side you'll see Mushroom #49.
Just up the path in a straight line from this point you'll come to Mushroom #50.
Head up the path from the last Mushroom, you'll find Mushroom #51 on the right side.
Continue along the path until you reach the book for Mushroom #52.
Continue once again along the path and you'll reach Mushroom #53 before entering the swamp.
You'll see Mushroom #54 as you enter, just before the bridge.
Cross the bridge to find Mushroom #55.
Go to what could be considered the main path that leads out of the swamp. Just after the white lantern you'll find Mushroom #56.
As you leave the swamp and find the main path leading up to the red trees, you'll find Mushroom #57.
Orchard, Waterfall, and Wooden House (65/50)
Right here is where I found it best to start this section to make it easier for everyone. I know this will uproot you leaving the swamp area. I didn't want this to confuse people, but doing this part this way seemed the least awkward. I don't want this to be unfair to people, so please let me know if this is unclear to you. For reference, the campsite from earlier will be uphill from this dirt path.
We'll start with Mushroom #58 right here at the beginning.
Cross the white path, but go down hill. You'll notice Mushroom #59 just a bit to the left of one of the stone benches.
Turn to your left. Head for Mushroom #60 and then continue up the dirt path.
Head up the white path now. Stop at the split with the fence for Mushroom #61 behind the stones.
Head straight from here and you'll come to Mushroom #62 overlooking the whole area.
Barely a few steps away on the same side of the path is Mushroom #63.
If you head down the curve of the path that loops around the pond here, you'll come to another stone bench. This one across from the narrow wooden bridge that leads to the house. Mushroom #64 is right beside the bench.
Opposite of the waterfall and house lies this path. Take it. After the hill, go to your left to find Mushroom #65.
