Episode 04: Time to help the Arbiter get the United Coalition started by influencing a few high level contacts in different factions/clans.  Successful completion of our first mission will give us great rep with the Zenrin, allowing us to get Trade Permits and clear path for high level permits, edicts, military rank (if we desire later in the game). Trading, upgrading ship components, kinda grindy (in a good sort of way).  And long (nearly an hour, but we complete the mission and return to the Arbiter with good news. New features reviewed include upgrading the weapons locker with the new Starport interface.
