Eldridge: Ocean Horror

Opis
You and your cool internet friends are sailing the vast seas when you notice a seemingly abandoned cargo ship labeled 'Eldridge' giving off a distress signal. You work your way through the thick fog, then stop to check it out and explore.

This map can be played in either singleplayer, or co-op. sbox_godmode 1 is recommended to avoid unintentional drowning.

With a twist ending!

Thanks to the people at freesound.org for the SFX and 'lodka' @ gamebanana.com for the ship hull prefab.

An honest review.
I downloaded this map thinking it was going to be an honest to goodness eldritch/cosmic horror inspired. I really enjoy that sort of thing, so I thought it was going to be a fun time. Wellit was, just in the way I thought.

Eldridge is a satire horror map that uses cliches from many maps found on the workshop. My thoughts of what I thought was going to be more cheap scares quickly turned into laughs by the end of the level. For that, I'm glad I played this.:steamthumbsup:

Nostalgia. Y'know, as bad as a map people make it out to be, I like the concept of a ghost ship by the name of "Eldridge," which is haunted by the unknown and lurking in the ocean for more unsuspecting victims.
