The walls of the building are repainted in one of four colors - yellow, beige, green, lilac.

I highly recommend to use mod Painter for recoloring walls.

@GamerFrog, with this build bug "invisible roof" may be occurs when you prepare to place building. When building place all looks good.

Ran the files through every antivirus in existence (including Malwarebytes) via VirusTotal, it's 100% clean.
All the virus warnings are likely caused by either junk on the Steam website, or crap already on people's PC. Rule #1 of the internet: Always use an Adblocker.

@ToMissTheMarc, I don't know. This asset don't contain any executable code. Only .crp and .xml
You can checj this manually with any antivirus at c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\255710\1483608707\
