Edit ROEngine.ini
Step 1: Navigate to:
C:\Users\<UserName>\Documents\My Games\Rising Storm Beta\ROGame\Config
Step 2: Open ROEngine.ini in a text editor ( Notepad / Wordpad / Notepad++ )
Step 3: Search for the line:
bForceNoMovies=FALSE
Step 4: Change the line to:
bForceNoMovies=TRUE
Step 5: Save your changes to ROEngine.ini, and join the battle faster than ever!

This mod works for every Unreal-engine game out there. Killing Floor, Borderlands 1&2, Dishonored, and Chivalry all have a bForceNoMovies value in the <Game>Engine.ini in a "Config" folder nested under "My Games"

This is the bad way to do it, because you will force no movies for the campaign mode. The comment from Crispy is the good way to do it:

"Alternatively, you can just go into set launch by right clicking the game, and going to properties, then typing in " -nostartupmovies ". This will just take you straight to the main menu."

My other way to do it is to delete the reference of the videos on startup in the INI, delete these lines:

[FullScreenMovie]
bForceNoMovies=FALSE
bShouldStopMovieAtEndOfLoadMap=true
OverlayCycleTime=10
StartupMovies=Copyright_PC
StartupMovies=LogoTripwire
StartupMovies=LogoUE3
StartupMovies=LogoGA
StartupMovies=LogoRS
StartupMovies=LogoRO2
StartupMovies=MainMenu

But Crispy's way is far better ;)

Does this disable the map loading movies? Since i did the same thing in RO2 and there was no map loading screen. It was just a blank black screen. After that i just deleted the startup movies.
