Type of addon: playermodels which are not soldiers with first person hands & NPCs

Marine Combat Armors from the DLC Far Harbor of Fallout 4.
The whole armor is bodygrouped. You will see the wetsuits as underclothes, but if you want to use those suits you should download the other addon, since I had to adjust and deform the models to match the shape of the combat armors.

Mmm when I ported these models I had less knowledge than I have now, so I don't really know. You should look on the internet how gloss, specular and other maps look like. Anyway, probably that information has already been published in several modding sites, such as Nexus Mods.
