In "Starlight's" episode, when you have to plant the bug, do it successfully. At the end of the episode "Theatre" this will have repercussions, two agents are infiltrating in Mrs Starlight's dream causing her death.

If you have already beaten the game at least once you can play through this chapter, and then skip right into the chapter "Theatre" without the need to play the ones in between in order to get this achievement if you missed it on your regular play-through.

In "Starlight's" episode, when you have to plant the bug, fail on purpose in the mini-game and Beckett will throw it to the ground and crash it. At the end of the "Theatre" episode this will have repercussions, two agents are trying to infiltrate Mrs Starlight's dream, but since you didn't help them before, they won't be able to do it.

If you have already beaten the game at least once you can play through this chapter, and then skip right into the chapter "Theatre" without the need to play the ones in between in order to get this achievement if you missed it on your regular play-through.

In the episode "Ripples" we must grab a stone from Peregrine's toy bucket, after this, the last choice we can make in the game is to put it back, or not. If we throw it into the sea, he will take his medicines and this achievement will be unlocked.

I have added the suggestions for chapters "Death" and "Life" and I have corrected the mistakes in chapters "Reality A" and "Reality B". Thanks to you all for the help!

u should fix reality a and b descriptions, u always have to pick up a stone, achievment/ending purely depends on whether u put it back in bucket or throw into the sea.

Ending A and B are totally wrong my dude. We grab the stone every time, when we put it back, ending B happens, when we throw it to the sea, ending A happens

Great guide! a tip for Life/death achievements: on your second playthrough you can pick the other choice you need, and after finishing "Starlight's" episode you can select the "Theater" Chapter and the achievement should pop at the end of the level. no need to replay all the chapters in between.
