I decided to recreate my old PWB packs with new weapons and upgraded weapon code. Weapon base is created by me.
To change crosshair's color, go into Options -> PWB 2 -> Crosshair.

PWB 2, when enabled, results in an issue where the loading screen fails to disappear, but I can hear the in-game sound. Sometimes it crashes. My other mods are not causing issues.
