Taking The Image
1.1 Looks- Set your graphics settings to max settings. Images don't care about framerate, kids.

1.2 Backdrop- Choose a good backdrop for your creation. For this demonstration I chose a nice grassy hill near the airport in the city map.

1.3 Lights- Choose your time of day, lights and beacons on or off, and weather. It can take a picture of a car to a picture of art. This is what it can do to an image:

1.4 Camera- Hit the Windows key and type in snipping tool. Get it ready!

1.5 Action- Hide your character far away and use F cam to position the shot. Make sure to get the angle just right. Once your ready, use ALT+TAB to select snipping tool. Once you hit New, wait a second for it to stabilize or else you will mess up the camera. Drag and cover the entire screen and let go. Once you are done, hit save as and put it in a location that you will know where it is at!
Image Editing
2.1 Editor- For this tutorial I will be using Pixlr Editor on https://pixlr.com/editor/

2.2 Set Up- Select open from computer and get your image.

2.3 Crop- We need the image to have a 1:1 ratio so we go to image, then crop, and set it like my pictures:

2.4 Crop 2- Drag and crop the image, resize the crop, and move it. Once you are done, hit enter.

2.5 Resize- If an image is too big it will not work when we go to upload it to the workshop, so go to Image>Image size to change this. Set the settings to the picture below and hit OK.

2.6 Save- Go to File>Save or CTRL+S to save the image. Make sure it is saved as .PNG or .png. If not, change it using the drop-down menu.
Putting the Image in its Place
3.1 Appdata- Navigate to %appdata% by hitting WIN+R and typing it in. Sometimes it takes you to roaming, so navigate back to appdata and go to the folder marked Local

3.2 The Right Folder- Go to AppData>Local>BrickRigs>Thumbnails and find the old thumbnail of your creation. Replace it with your new image saved from Pixlr and rename it EXACTLY what the old one was.

3.3 Upload- Launch Brick Rigs and upload your new creation with its nice thumbnail!
