Simply be eaten by any organism in any of the untimed levels and you will get this achievement.
 
Taking The First Swim
You will get this achievement by clicking the first level in the first chapter of the game.

Green Opening

Complete all the levels in chapter 1, and defeat the first Megaviridae

This easiest way to defeat the first boss is to aim your spermy friend for the corners, eat multiple power orbs and shoot away!

Blue Path
 
Complete all the levels in chapter 2, and defeat the blue boss Megaviridae

This easiest way to defeat the blue boss is to circle around him, eat multiple power orbs to get multi shots on him and avoid the triangle bullets that he shoots!
 
 
 
Purple Hike

Complete all the levels in chapter 3, and defeat the purple boss Megaviridae

This easiest way to defeat is to avoid the tentacles and the baby versions of the boss - as they will follow you. Collect multiple power ups at a time to get off multi-attacks.[/b]

Yellow Rise

Complete all the levels in chapter 4, and defeat the yellow boss Megaviridae

The only real issue to avoid here is the orbs that this boss shoots out, they will slow you down to a crawl and then you will get eaten!!

Orange Soar
Complete all the levels in chapter 5, and defeat the orange boss Megaviridae

This bosses bullet are really fast, and his speed is upped as well. Avoid wall and get shoot from corners!!
Red Precipice

Complete all the levels in chapter 6, and defeat the red boss Megaviridae

Best way is to be aware of when this boss shoots his bullets and try to time it and get between them. His orbs are black and are almost invisible!!

Gray Beyond

Complete all the levels in chapter 7, and defeat the last boss Megaviridae

This boss is the faster boss, with the plus side that he doesn't shoot things. He moves from clock wise to counter clockwise rotations, time these to avoid him killing you and shoot from his sides or the corners. Multi shots work best!

Maximum Efficiency

You must complete every level with 3 lives!

The easiest way is timing and paying attention. If you do die, you can wait any amount of time before respawning. With this in mind, you can time it to eat golden sperms - which will give you a life if you are short.



Megaviridae Killer
 
Defeat every boss level to obtain this (all 7 of them)
 
The Beginning and The End
After defeating the final boss, make a decision!

Transmitted!
The only way you get this is to contacted by the HIV virus from any of the levels in the Chapter Yellow Rise. Once it touches you, survive long enough to die!

Destroy the World!

This can only be complete if you unlock and complete the last bonus "?" mark level

You must eat golden sperms to unlock the bonus/timed levels in each chapter. Since there is 3 bonus levels per each chapter - all you need to do is eat 3 golden sperm per each chapter.

The Microbiologist
You must destroy or eat every real life based organism.

Monocytes from the last chapter can only be killed with an electric power up!
Double check your petri dishes!
