Commander Tartar from Splatoon 2 makes his debut in Garry's Mod.

Who is Commander Tartar? SPOILERS: He's the final boss of the Octo Expansion, hellbent on wiping the world clean and starting anew.

Colorable ink (For both animated and non-animated)

Telephone model prior to goo reformatting (Has Face-posing)

FUTURE UPDATES

Game-accurate size (supposed to be nearly twice the size on an inkling) for second form.
