Jakiro is a really great support. With it's Freezing Path skill, he makes early kills happen really easy.

He can help out in a teamfight a lot, as his ultimate is Damage over Time and if you happen to hit a nice Freezing Path, it makes things even better.

With great lane pushing cappabilities, it's easy to afford Wards and Gem along with all items needed on him.
