F-15E Chihaya

This ship is modeled after the F-15E Strike Eagle with the Idolm@ster skin of Chihaya in the Ace Combat games.

Equally to it's counterpart in the Ace Combat games the F15-E is an Air to Ground plane with above average Speed (73/100 ingame) while it's power is below average (43/100).

Thus I made the ship have above average speed and acceleration and 1 beam with 1,0 power. To offset the lack of Air to Air power I gave the ship Item Attraction.
