You can achieve the "You Must Really Hate Turtles" challenge.
Achievement Requirements: In the tutorial stage, you can kill a turtle by melee attack.
For reference, the total health of a turtle is 10,000.

If you go use red the dog summoner then you can summon dogs to attack the turt
