Harder Lightning Helmet

UPDATE 6/8/19 I found a way to fix the missing content from the base game(mantis saddles, other stuff that was added after the devkit was last updated). Thank you for your patience!

New Lightning Helmet with no durability.

I've decided to leave this as a level 0 engram, as I think that level 31 is excessive to allow you to venture out. The materials required are the same as the vanilla version, so you should at least be able to craft copper ingots as a level gate.

Please feel free to leave comments and suggestions. Unless I get a compelling argument to change something, I'm happy with how this turned out. I plan on to move onto other mods.
