All you need to do is type !random and it will create a random monster in a random location.

AM Does this Work With Addons?

This barely works on normal NPCs, so I doubt it'd work for addon ones. The command only ever spawned zombies, headcrabs, or antlion guardians (specifically those, no fast or poison crabs), and the location wasn't even random; they always spawned at the map origin.
