@Trent: I checked everything about this button and everything is ok. Just only some players have this problem. Guide is on store page of game so do not need checking Steam forums or guides.

I'm not a Steam game developer, so I don't know what's involved with deploying a patch, but you are expecting players who encounter this bug to check the Steam forums or guides for a solution, download possibly malicious files from Google Drive, and apply the fix themselves manually? Most players just see a broken game and uninstall or request a refund. If you're lucky, they write a bad review and you can respond and point them to this "Guide." Also, you don't really know how many players have the bug-- you only hear about it if they say something.

I just don't understand the mentality. You have a fix-- why not just deploy it and not put the burden on your users to look for a solution, download a fix, and install it themselves. Steam makes patches easy for a reason.

Why not just patch the game? It looks more suspicious to have players download files from Google Drive. Just my 2 cents.
