How to get the die X times achievements the fastest way.

This is a pretty simple and basic guide to get the three achievements "Die 100/200/500 times".

Go to select level. Choose the level with the green guy. Defeat the shooting enemies and eventually get to the part where you have the boss fight against the green guy. Die and spam the R button (retry).

Die. Press R. Repeat.

Took me merely a couple minutes to accomplish. Didn't die too often while getting the other achievements (like beating the game on three different difficulties etc.). Needed about 400 more deaths. Went pretty fast with this method anyway.
