Actually this is one of my really first scenario, there are lots of things to fix. These days im working much more on creations. you can check those if you want. maybe, one day i can come up with better scenario. who knows

An interesting scenario initially without refined uranium for fuel. The problem was initially solved by a random encounter with a pod. From there an empire was started...
